    Description

Late 1940's Al Rosen game used Cleveland Indians heavy jacket. "The Hebrew Hammer" had a spectacular 10 year run with the Indians while leading the league in home runs & rbi's twice and winning League MVP in 1953. Letterman-style jacket has a navy wool mixed with red body, leather pockets and cream colored leather sleeves. "Wilson [size] 46" tagging is found inside the collar, while the tail has Rosen's jersey number "7" along with "Rosen" chain-stitched in the front tail above his jersey number. Condition is spectacular for a garment of this vintage, with light to moderate toning of the cream sleeves the only issue worth noting. Incredible piece of baseball memorabilia which was given to a friend of Rosen's in Cleveland back in the 1950's. Comes with a COA from Sports Investments Inc. Winning bidder to add USPS Priority insured shipping.
