    Description

Travel back in time with this classic Conn baritone saxophone. Made in 1965 (serial number E91489) by Conn in Elkhart, Indiana, it's a model 12M.
It's been played a lot so there is significant age and play wear all over. It does have all its pads. One key spring is missing (I think it's the top F key, please see photo, it's the key that has masking tape on it). It has various dings and dents all over, most notably on the big curve on top before the neck.
The mouthpiece does not have a ligature. No reeds. The neck cork is very worn.
It's an old school saxophone. It has the high school's initial stenciled on the side of the case. LCS is Lima [Ohio] City Schools. Musically, Lima is best known as the hometown of the Beach Boys' Al Jardine and lap steel guitarist Jerry Byrd.
It's a classic American baritone saxophone that just needs a bit of servicing to bring it back to life.
