    Description

    Here we have a nice lot (8 pieces total) of NOS Pipe Taps.  All are HSS and are American made.  These came out of a tool room I bought out that had been closed for about 10 years or so.  This batch includes the following.....
    There are 3 in the blue box. Made by Hanson and are 1/2"-14 NPT
    There is 1 in another box. Made by Union Butterfield and is 3/4"-14 NPT
    There are 4 unboxed taps in the last picture. They are all made by Cleveland Tool.  From Left to Right they are as follows....
    1 pc. - 3/4"-14 NPT
    2 pc. - 1/2"-14 NPT
    1 pc. - 1/8"-27 NPT
    There is a tiny bit of surface rust on a few, but nothing serious.
    Over the coming weeks I will be adding a lot of different drills, taps, cutters & misc. items related to machining and metalworking.
