  • Condition: I AM NOT A MUSICIAN AND DO NOT PLAY. The saxophone was purchased because I like older instruments that have few dents. There are a few (less than 6) dents and all are relatively small. 2 of these are on the neck. The bell looks to be straight and free of any major dents. There are no pads on the horn. There are pads, some new and some used, in the case. The horn will need to be cleaned and new pads will need to be installed. It seems like all keys move well. This is a nice horn and if you rebuild for profit this might be a great sax for you. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS.

    This older saxophone is marked with a patent date of Dec, 8 1914.  It would make a great restoration project for someone as it seems to be free of any major dents.  There are a few dents but I do not see anything major.  If the horn was cleaned and has new pads and standard service it would make someone a great sax or a
    potentially
    profitable resale.
