So this is the lineup card from August 7, 2015 when David Ortiz hit career homer #488. This is the lineup card from the Boston Red Sox used in their dugout. It was the official card signed by Sox Manager John Farrel. The card has been Authenticated by Major League Baseball with the official Hologram.
