Buescher Aristocrat Tenor Saxophone 1975, Unlacquered, Fresh Overhaul.
Overhauled by me. Overhaul means all brand new pads (from the very reliable Music Medic, with nylon tone-booster resonators), new cork all around, leveled tone holes, leveled key cups, cleaned and oiled all hinges and pivots. Slight dent work done near bell. Neck tenon slightly expanded and seals perfectly. Key heights precisely set for proper intonation, optimal tone, and minimal stuffiness.
The D palm key riser I made myself. I prefer just this key riser instead of having on all three. I can remove if you like, it will come off easily with some heat (blow dryer etc).
A classy vintage look and sound with that solid, resonant Buescher body. This raw brass horn screams and yet responds so well to the nuances of a quiet player too.
Rico B5 mouthpiece included (no ligature), and new SKB case.
