Buescher Gold-Plated Sopranino Saxophone

Buescher Gold-Plated Sopranino Saxophone. This is an EXTREMELY rare gold-plated sopranino saxophone made by Buescher in the 20s. The bodies for these were made by Conn, and they weren’t assembled until a lot later. It has rolled tone holes. These were never supposed to leave the factory, and as such, you can see where the Buescher stamp should be but isn’t there. (The serial number is there.)
The horn is in good condition, but will need a lot of work to put it in top playable condition. It does come with the original mouthpiece, which is also very rare. (Also comes in a nice case.)
You will not see another one like this ever. According to the Buescher logs, there were only 5 of these ever made. I’m never going to play it, so I’ve put a low price on it for such a rare horn.
