This instrument is being sold for restoration.
It does need some work, and/or adjustments, but it is actually in somewhat reasonable playing instrument. Seems to have good Intonation.
This instrument appears to have been re-padded at some point. Not sure at all if the tarnish was an issue at the time of re-padding, but for sure the tarnish needs to be addressed at this point.
note:
The silver finish underneath looks to be fairly well preserved. I cleaned a little from the front bell inscription area, and the rear serial number area to show what the instrument could possibly look like when cleaned up.
Some finish loss, scratches (shown). No major dents, but a few dings.
