Extremely old & worn saxophone "Conn A 33570 II" C Melody or Alto? made 1915?

Interesting, very old saxophone. Maybe an alto or melody?
The bell reads:"Made by C.G. Conn Elkhart ind. HSMG" (?) The back reads: A 33570 II which dates it to 1915. The neck is missing, the rest is in very bad condition! (see photos)   The instrument needs serious repair, maybe only for parts or decoration!  Please also view my other auctions for instruments. Postage to USA or CA is 59 USD .
