    Fits Pole with maximum 3 inch Outside Diameter
    Metal Pulley has a 1 1/4" Outside Diameter
    Fits rope max. 5/16"
    Slips over top of flagpole, to be secured by three stainless steel set screws.
    Top allows for ornament with spindle threading of 1/2"- 13NC as standard.
