RARE Pulley Chain Victorian Blue Glass Oil Lamp Hanging Chandelier Boudoir Light

Antique Victorian chain pulley swirl blue glass chandelier with a swirl clear glass oil  lamp. It measures 16" in total length when hung. The globe is in wonderful condition and measures  8"tall x 7-1/2 " at it's widest point. The oil lamp is 5"tall x 2-1/2" diameter on the bottom and sits between the two stabilizers (pictured) . The knob on the bottom is pulled down to allow the lamp to be removed to refill. The chain pulls down smoothly and there is some wick inside the lamp but I have not ever tried to light it.
