    Tips for Flag Attachment:
    Make sure "Thumb Screws" on mounting ring are facing down toward ground when on pole. When facing up the hooks tend to snag on them causing flag to wrap.
    Bottom attachment ring should be positioned leaving a little slack in the flag header.
    When holding the flag pole at 90 degrees the hooks should hang down straight towards the ground, allowing the rings to spin easily around pole.
