Spectacular Historic Weathervane from Glen Cove Legendary J.P. Morgan Estate

This wonderful historic weather vane from the Glen Cove estate of the legendary J.P. Morgan is in good condition.  The house was demolished  in 1980.  We also have available the copper covered Cupola on which the weather vane was mounted.  The beautifully designed directional letters N E S W are made out of thick sold brass.  The measurements are 80 inches in height, part of which was attached inside the Cupola. This heavy steel bar is a very substantial 1 1/2 inches square.  The directional letters measure 29 inches across.  In addition the original lighting rod cable is still attached.
