Vintage 1930's KEEFER Alto Sax (Martin Indiana Stencil) - Good Condition/NO CASE

Vintage 1930's KEEFER Alto Sax. Serial #6940 (Matching Serial Number on the Neck).
This cool looking sax has been cleaned and adjusted, and has a smooth jazzy tone with the included standard mouthpiece. Pads and springs are in good shape, and the felts and corking have been replaced where needed. (Check out the extra key just below the right pinky keys.) The right palm keys, left and right pinky keys, and the bell to bow bands look similar to a vintage Martin Indiana. Ebayer, Badenia51, verifies that this is indeed a Martin Indiana stencil circa 1930's. The beveled tone holes indicate Martin construction. Cosmetically, it has a beautiful look and feel with no major dents, just some small dings and one medium ding on the bow (see pics #8 & #9), and a compressed key guard foot below the serial number (pic #7). Unfortunately, the intonation is a little off (enough to be bothersome), and will need a pro sax tech to remedy this. This vintage alto comes with a new microfiber polishing cloth and the standard mouthpiece w/ligature, cap, and new Rico Plasticover reed. The horn will be carefully bubble wrapped and boxed for shipping.
