Vintage American Artist Saxophone low pitch A w/ Case.
Serial number is stamped on both horn and elbow “2331”.
Horn is also stamped “LOWPITCH A”.
Looks to be in good playable condition - needs a cork / plastic mouthpiece to fit on the end of the elbow.
Condition is used. Needs a cork or plastic mouthpiece for the elbow attachment (see photo). A small dimple on the metal of the Sax (see photo). I do not play this instrument, however it appears to be in ready to play condition, even tho new owner may wish to make adjustments to the controls. . The air hole covers depress and release very nicely. Pads are all intact and appear to be in good condition. No rust, cracks or chips. Inside horn tube shows use (see photos).
Came with a new used stick of “Conn cork grease” , so most likely someone was recently playing this instrument. Case is very good, looks like it might be from the 70’s (?).
