Offered here is a vintage Getzen Elkhorn. Some of the construction details are consistent with Malerne origin; the spatulate rh pinky key, the matching numbered body, neck and back side of the lh G# key. Also, one of the rods belonging to the upper stack has 6 posts, which is another indication. This horn appears to be in solid condition. The pads will probably need to be checked, and it may need some other work to put in into top playing condition. Comes with cleaning swab and neck swab; two mouthpieces; one a "King" 2 and the other marked "France" and 3; trap, 2 ligatures, mouthpiece cover also included. Horn comes with the original plug as well. The case is fairly sturdy, although one latch is missing. It does have the key, though! Please use the images as your best guide to cosmetic condition and fell free to ask any questions, make an offer, etc.
