Vintage Silver York Tenor Saxophone "The USA" PAT. APPLD. FOR

Offered here is a vintage York tenor sax labeled "The USA", in silver.
This horn is in very nice condition.  It will need an adjustment and regulation and the pads are always good to have checked.  It also may have an issue in the lower stack; I can't remember if I had that fixed or not.
The origin and make of York saxophones is controversial, so i can't say anything definitive about where it was made and/or put together.  However, the "PAT. APPLD. FOR" designation does indicate at least some direct York involvement in the manufacture of at least part of the horn.
Comes in what I presume to be the original case, with nice springy latches and in great shape overall. The center closure could use an adjustment to make it stay closed, but the two latches work great! One does tend to require a bit of extra effort to get it to release, but that is the only issue with it.
It did have a mild ding at the bell, which I had repaired. Otherwise there are only minor dings here and there and no indication of dent work that I can tell.
